MICROPIGMENTATION

MICROPIGMENTATION

It diminishes the appearance of large areas that have been affected.

Micropigmentation is an innovative technique in DHI, used to offer the illusion of greater capillary density. By means of micro-needles and natural dyes, the scalp is pigmented, giving the appearance of shaved hair in the growth phase (in the case of men with high degrees of alopecia); or a shading between the existing long hair (in case of women or men with average length of hair).

DIRECT MICROPIGMENTATION CAN BE
APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Micropigmentation is a very well tolerated procedure, without the need to use anesthetics, it is performed by a trained and certified DHI doctor, who controls the depth for the application of the dyes, generating a harmonious and aesthetic result.

The purpose of this method is to present the illusion of high hair density. Small spots are pigmented in the middle of existing hair or transplanted hair to help create the high density illusion that leads to a more satisfying look.
The micropigmentation tool is suitable to control the depth of its application and achieve a semi-permanent result (at least 2 to 3 years). The method is administered only by a trained DHI physician and not by the assistants.

  • In cases of Androgenetic Alopecia:

Micropigmentation simulates greater hair density in declining areas, likewise, in high Norwood scales, severe alopecias, insufficient donor area or people who have exceeded 50% of the extraction of the donor area; Micropigmentation is applied to improve both the donor area and the recipient area.
  • THE NON-OPERATING CASES OF ALOPECIA

In cases of patients in whom the capillary implant is contraindicated, whether due to some underlying disease, cytotoxic medication, conditions that may affect the survival of the hair follicles, skin disorders or connective tissue diseases, micropigmentation can be an optimal solution.
